How fast can you migrate us?
Most single-app, single-database environments are live in under 48 hours from discovery call to user sign-in. Multi-app, multi-database setups with custom integrations take longer, and we tell you which one you have on the call. The timeline we quote is one we can hit.
What if our software isn't on your list?
The list on this page is a sample. We host most Windows shared multi-user applications, including ones new to us. If your software won't work, we tell you on day one, before any deposit.
Do we have to give up our license?
No. In most cases you bring your existing licenses (BYOL). We work with your software vendor to confirm the hosting path; some vendors require a hosting addendum. We've done this for hundreds of installs and know the conversation.
What about integrations and add-ons?
QuickBooks add-ons, QuoteWerks integrations, Act! plugins, Avalara connectors, document management, signature pads, label printers, line-of-business scanners: all standard. We confirm the integration surface during the discovery call.
Who owns the data?
You do. We run the infrastructure; the data is yours, and your contract includes export tools and exit assistance. If you decide to leave, we help with the move.
What if we eventually want to move to true SaaS?
We'll help. Hosting with us keeps your current workflows running while you decide, and when the math favors a SaaS move we consult on data export, migration sequencing, and change management. The contract has no lock-in.
